Commercial Office Project: Rainier Plaza Building

Bellevue, Washington

The Rainier Plaza is one of the largest high rise buildings in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Including the 5 level parking garage, it is 24 stories tall and encompasses 431,000 square feet. The building includes both office and retail space. The existing controls are being retrofitted with Alerton's totally native BACnet system, BACtalk®.
