The Alerton BACtalk® Building Security controller is a Web-based, access control appliance that contains a Web-server, embedded database and security appliance software. The controller includes capacity for two card readers and additional I/O for general purpose monitoring and control.

BACtalk Building Security Reader Module

The Alerton BACtalk® Building Security Remote 2 Reader (R2R) module provides a Wiegand interface for two additional card readers. It has the capacity for four supervised inputs, two digital inputs and two relay outputs, supporting up to two readers.

BACtalk Building Security Enclosures

Alerton BACtalk® Building Security enclosures are used to securely mount the security controller, reader module and I/O module. Each enclosure comes with a DIN rail, key lock, tamper switch and, in the case of medium and large enclosures, a power supply (for the security controller) covered by a protective metal shield.
