John Geffe, Alerton’s Newest Support Technician, Adds Depth of Personal Experience to Phone Lines

Redmond, WA (November 2, 2006)—Building automation pioneer Alerton (www.alerton.com) today hired John Geffe to provide technical support to callers with questions about the company’s industry leading BACtalk product line. Geffe is a 15-year veteran of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, with prior positions at Trane and TEC Mechanical.

“During his career, John has done a lot of the same work dealers and end users do every day, so he has a comprehensive understanding of what support they need on any particular job,” said Wayne Budbill, Alerton’s manager of customer support services. “John’s expertise and experience offer an additional dimension to the technical support he offers.”

Prior to joining Alerton, Geffe spent eight years at Trane as a controls technician. While there he installed, configured and programmed HVAC systems. Before that, Geffe performed HVAC service at TEC Mechanical for seven years. In his spare time, Geffe enjoys racing radio-controlled (R/C) cars and airplanes and playing golf.
